ISALL Proyectos e Inversiones, S.L. processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone, type of enquiry and the message you send us.
- Email, phone or WhatsApp: the data you provide when contacting us through these channels.
Please do not include in your message any data that is not needed to handle your enquiry.
3. What we use it for
- Answering your enquiries and requests for information.
- Preparing and sending you quotes.
- Managing the business relationship, if one arises.
We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data.
4. Legal basis
- Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), when you submit the form or contact us.
- Pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), when you request a quote or do business with us.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If no business relationship begins, we will delete it within a maximum of 12 months. If one begins, we will keep it for its duration and then for the periods required by law.
6. Who can access your data
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To provide our services, we use providers acting as data processors:

7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity.
If you believe your data has not been processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website always uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
